Dear FocalPrice customers,

First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity and thank you for making FocalPrice.com one of the leading China B2C electronics websites during the past four years, with over 1 million customers and members from more than 200 countries. Without you, we would not have been able to make this happen.

It was not an easy start by any measure. I dropped out of college in 2005 at the age of 18, eager to make it on my own and fulfill my dream of studying abroad. By 2007 I had earned enough money to afford my study in Europe but decided that I would take my life into an entirely different direction. I wanted to build a unique ecommerce website dedicated to bringing quality products from China directly to customers worldwide. This became my new dream and is also how FocalPrice.com came into being.

Along with a group of passionate and hard working young people, I tirelessly pursued this dream and in June 2008 we launched the first version of FocalPrice.com. During the past 4 years, we have expanded our service to meet different type of customers needs, including drop-shipping and wholesale. The website has been revamped twice with new functions and improvements. Product categories have been expanded from pure electronics categories to Home & Outdoor, Apparel, etc. Service terms, response time and contact channels have also been improved. Most importantly, our Supply Chain team has been greatly strengthened recently, which will make our product pricing, quality and shipping become more competitive in the industry.

As some of you may know, FocalPrice is committed to focusing on satisfying customer needs and providing carefully selected products and outstanding services. For the coming years, we will keep making working to improve even further. And in the future, you will see that our actions will speak even louder than my words here.

4 years are not a long time in one's life, but for me, the past 4 years have been the best of my life. I am very happy and grateful that so many of you enjoyed the fruits of our work. Thank you again for supporting us for so long.
