How To Get In Contact With Focal Price In Five Steps Or Less

One thing you may have noticed is how approachable we are at Focal Price.

There are not many other China electronics out there with such a friendly, professional group of customer service staff. I can count on one hand the days when I have come into work and there has been even one person with a frown in the office.

This can easily be seen in how approachable we are. In fact, if you would like to get in contact with us there are a multitude of ways to do that including:

  • With a Ticket The most effective option
  • On our Forum
  • Through our Facebook Page
  • With Livechat


Sometimes you might feel a little ignored though, and may think that we are not passing on enough love.

Here is how you can be sure to get the care and attention that you deserve by getting the answers that you want in the shortest time possible:

Sending A Ticket


The quickest and most effective method for getting in contact with us is by sending a ticket.



If you look in your my account you will probly see the Order Supports menu. This is the not so secret location of the majority of ways there are to get in contact with us.

Underneath you should see one of four options:

  • RMA Request
  • My Message
  • Dropshipping
  • Review


So what are you able to do in each of these sections?

The RMA Request Menu

If you have problems with a product, or it is taking longer than you would like for items to be delivered (you are able to submit a RMA request after 30 days according to our shipping conditions) then you might consider putting in a RMA request.

The RMA (Return Materials Authorization) process is the method you need to follow to get help from us if something doesn't quite go to plan.

There are a number of reasons why you may be eligable for a return and you can read more about them in the return policy in our support section.

My Message

However, if you would just like to check the progress of your delivery, ask for advice in regards to a product or service.

There are a number of departments you can contact within the 'my message' section who can help you in a number of matters. These include:

Shipping Status Enquiry

Here you can inquire about the progress or an order, or get in contact if you know if there has been some hold up at customs.

Order Change and Cancellation

This is the department to select if you need to change the address or contents of your order, or if you no longer need your order. It pays to be quick though as we pride ourselves on our fast order turnaround times.

Technical Report

You can use this selection if you have noticed that something is wrong with the site or there was a techical problem with the shopping cart when you were making an order.

New Product Enquiry

Is a new product on our page any good? Will it work under water? Will it work in your country?

Get answers to all of these questions by selecting this option from the menu.

Others

This section is used for anything not covered by the previous options. Issues like Focal Points, vouchers, pre-sale questions and questions regarding large volume orders often fall into this category.

Dropshipping

Did you know that you can make your life as an online seller easy by cutting (or even eliminating) the ammount of inventory that you carry? It is possible, thanks to our

Review

Do you think that your last Focal Price purchase was great and the world needs to hear how good it was? Or did you find a way to use a device which wasn't covered in the description? Then you can submit a review to our site!

Here are some of the Review guidelines that you will need to follow to guarantee that it makes its way onto our webpages.

Submitting A Ticket

Log into your account at Focal Price and go to your dashboard. To the right of the screen you will see the Order Supports menu. Click on it to access the other options and then select which option is right for you.

You should see a screen like the one below, enter the department you want help for, write a subject line with what you want help with, include the order ID if you have it, the SKU/product code if you have it and write a message to explain more fully what exactly the situation is.

If you have any reasonably sized JPG files or documents which show what is happening you can include them here as well. It should look something like the sample below:

Hit submit then wait. It usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to get a response to you and we are working as hard as we can and we will get to your answer very shortly. You are sure to get a response back before you know it.

Using The Forum


Another way to keep in contact with us (and with your fellow customers) is by taking part in the Focal Price forum.

Like any other forum on the World Wide Web the Focal Price forum is public so it is worth remembering firstly that anything you say will be seen by other members and secondly there are Forum rules that you should try to abide by.

As it is a public platform the Focal Price forum is a great place to hang out and learn a lot. Not only about shopping on Focal Price but about the wider ecommerce world as well.

Using Facebook


Did you know there is a Focal Price Facebook page?

If you venture here you will find a growing community of friendly Focal Price staff and customers to talk to and exclusive competitions to take part in. It is definitely a location worth checking out.
